Ramona's intimate dining room — linen upholstered booths, warm sconce lighting, textured plaster walls

A table worth coming home to.

Ramona was born from a simple conviction: that Italian cooking, at its most honest, needs nothing more than the finest local produce, pasta shaped by hand, and an unhurried table. We named her after the protector — a guardian of gathering, of ritual, of the meal as ceremony.

Our kitchen moves with the seasons. The menu changes as Queensland growers do. Every pasta, every bread — made here, daily, from the foundation up. Nothing arrives pre-made. Nothing leaves unfinished.

Made by Hand

Made by Hand.
Not by Habit.

Pasta is philosophy at Ramona. We don't make it because it's expected — we make it because there is no substitute for the texture of hand-rolled dough, the weight of a yolk inside ricotta, the moment a shape becomes itself.

The wine list at Ramona is guided by curiosity — Italian-led, with natural producers and small-run labels that earn their place. Come for a glass. Stay for the bottle. Let Tuesday become something worth remembering.
